Walter Argueta is a family nurse practitioner. He earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities before completing his nursing degree at Florida International University.
Walter most recently practiced in Whittier, AK, as a nurse practitioner for the Eastern Aleutian Tribes. He is currently serving as the vice-president on the board of Total Health Africa (THA), serving the people of Bukoba, Tanzania.
Walter has used his nursing degree and knowledge to further his passion for helping others by putting together a short-term medical mission teams to help vulnerable communities in Latin America.
In his spare time, Walter enjoys biking and cruising with his wife. He also enjoys dancing, Latin music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
