About Dr.
Dr. Sylvia Boloczko is a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Boloczko has an obesity medical certification and loves to incorporate educating patients on living a healthy lifestyle and preventing chronic diseases.
“I went into family medicine as I wanted to do primary care and develop long-term relationships with patients and families,” Dr. Boloczko said. “I want to care for the patient as a whole.”
In her free time, Dr. Boloczko can be found outdoors hiking with her husband. Together they enjoy traveling and exploring new destinations. She also loves photography, drawing, painting, along with cooking and baking.
