About Dr.
Dr. Talha Shamim is a board-certified primary care physician specializing in internal medicine.
He earned his medical degree at Sindh Medical College and completed his internship and residency at North General Hospital at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
Dr. Shamim has a very diverse clinical experience, including outpatient primary care as well as inpatient hospital care of patients. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Urdu.
He has a particular interest in preventive health, screenings and wellness, and management of chronic illnesses.
Dr. Shamim enjoys making personal connections with his patients, helping to provide them comfort and peace of mind along their healthcare journey.
When Dr. Shamim is not seeing patients, he can be found on the golf course practicing his swing.
