Dr. Wayne S. Burnett graduated from medical school from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1994, but his passion to help others began many years earlier as a young man growing up in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Since joining the team at VIPcare, not only has he been able to practice his art of medicine, but is able take time to enjoy his family, friends, and travel. He is an extreme DIY’er and is a self described “tinkerer in all things with an insatiable thirst for the curious”. He understands that medicine involves a team approach with the focus on the patient at the center. Lastly, he knows that the harmony of blending God, family and the VIPcare family together is a balance that leads to a fulfilling life for himself and the patient he serves.
