About Me

Dr. Kyle Jones is a board-certified primary care physician specializing in Family Medicine. He earned his Osteopathic medical degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and completed his residency at In His Image in Tulsa, OK. Dr. Jones has worked in the U.S. as well as overseas in Africa, where he served as a Hospital Medical Director, Residency Program Coordinator, and Community Health Program Director. He is thrilled to be serving back in his hometown of Broken Arrow and is affiliated with several local hospitals. Cheryl Feken is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in Family medicine. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and her nurse practitioner certification from Graceland University. Cheryl joined Centennial Health - Broken Arrow in 2021 and has enjoyed establishing her family of patients.

She is a former assistant professor and clinical simulation coordinator for Tulsa Community College's Nursing and Certificate Programs, where she served as the associate degree representative on the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL).
