Dr. Ryan Rainer is a family medicine specialist with 24 years of experience in the medical field. He earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Samford University before completing his medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical School. Dr. Rainer is passionate about helping others and, when possible, leads medical mission trips in the Caribbean with students from Samford University. He values the provider-patient relationship and looks forward to joining you on your healthcare journey. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and watching a myriad of swim meets.

Kaylee Friedman, originally from Madison, MS, is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of experience in the medical field. She attended Mississippi State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Nutrition. Kaylee worked as a nutritionist for several years before becoming a registered nurse in Jackson, MS. She later moved to Fairhope, AL, where she worked as a RN in the operating rooms at USA, Thomas, and South Baldwin Hospitals. She earned her master’s in Nursing for Dual Role Nurse Practitioner (Family and Acute Care) from the University of South Alabama In her free time, she enjoys living an active lifestyle on the Eastern Shore with her husband, children, and multitude of pets. Rebekah Gilbert, CRNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing patient-centered care. She earned her undergraduate and nursing degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Rebekah believes in treating every patient with the same respect, dignity, and care she would give her own family. She values collaboration, empowering patients through education and open communication. Her philosophy of care centers on preventive medicine, lifestyle modifications, and holistic approaches, using medications only when necessary. A proud member of her community, Rebekah is grateful to provide care for her neighbors in Fairhope and the surrounding area. She loves shopping local—whether it’s visiting coffee shops, family-owned nurseries, or enjoying ice cream at Mr. Gene’s Beans with her family. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, maintaining a freshwater aquarium, cross-stitching, and crocheting.
