Dr. Claudine Frederiks is originally from New Jersey. She received her undergraduate at Rutgers University and her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean. Dr. Frederiks completed her Internal Medicine Residency and a Fellowship in Geriatrics at Abington Memorial Hospital, PA. She practiced in Philadelphia for 14 years. Currently, Dr. Frederiks and her family have an assortment of animals they love to care for. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, swimming in the pool, fostering dogs, and going to Disney! Dr. Frederiks' passion is caring for older adults. She has been practicing internal medicine with a specialty in geriatrics and dementia since 1998.

Dr. Jayaprakash Shetty is a board-certified primary care physician specializing in Internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from Mysore University in India in 1977. Dr. Shetty then completed his residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Shetty is skilled in providing chronic care management services and helping patients achieve Better Health through preventative care. In his free time, he enjoys staying active and playing tennis.

Amy Balius is a native Floridian. Amy attended Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. She was also very involved in Alpha Chi Omega sorority while at FSU. Following graduation from Florida State University, she attained a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating with honors from Nova Southeastern University. Amy enjoys caring for older adults and has been part of the Ocala community since 2012. During her youth, Amy rode Hunter Jumper show horses and competed on a national level. When she is not working as a PA, she enjoys spending time on her parents' farm in Ocala with horses, chickens, donkeys, and pet boxer named Turbo.
