Melissa Beltre is a nurse practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. She attended South University in Savannah, Georgia, and completed her clinicals in Kissimmee, Florida. As a nurse practitioner, she enjoys being able to make an impact and difference in her patient's life. She finds the study of medication fascinating. In her free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family, attending church, and going to the beach.

Dr. Israel Caro is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He is a native of Puerto Rico. He began his studies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and then continued to Medical School at the University of Puerto Rico. Upon graduating, Dr. Caro completed his residency at the University of Puerto Rico Family Medicine program. Dr. Caro has experience in a wide array of locations from working at Pavia Hospital emergency room to West Jefferson Medical Center located in Louisiana. He has received NCQA recognition awards in the areas of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Dr. Caro is also a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians.
