Dr. Luis Ortiz-Torres is a dedicated and compassionate primary care physician with 24 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Central Del Este School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Ortiz-Torres began practicing medicine with the desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
