Dr. Haidy Carrasquillo was born and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico. She earned her medical degree from San Juan Bautista Medical School. Dr. Carrasquillo has experience in a variety of medical settings, including emergency care, hospice, and geriatric care. She is a U.S. Army Reserve veteran and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for her contributions as part of the Medical Unit 369 at Fort Buchanan. Dr. Carrasquillo believes in order to achieve Better Health, doctors and patients need to have a strong bond of trust and respect. She looks forward to joining her patients on their healthcare journey.

Dr. Luis Garcia Fresneda was born and raised in Santiago de Cuba. He graduated from medical school with honors from the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Santiago de Cuba. Following graduation, he completed his residency at Manati Medical Center in Puerto Rico. Dr. Garcia believes in taking a collaborative approach and working together with his patients to achieve and maintain Better Health. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Garcia has received several special recognitions and awards, including being part of the NCQA recognition programs. He has a passion for promoting and supporting breast and prostate cancer awareness. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball, spending time with his family, watching movies, reading good books, and walking.

Italo Neira is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. He is originally from Cali, Colombia, where he was a general practitioner before moving to the United States to continue his profession as a nurse practitioner. Italo knew that he was destined for a career in medicine from a very early age. He has always been passionate about helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle through the wellness of body, mind, and spirit. He gets great satisfaction when he is able to send his patients home feeling better and happier. In his free time, Italo enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar. He also enjoys reading, going to the beach, and volunteering with his church.
