Dr. Marietta Ongay is a board-certified family medicine physician, with more than 38 years of experience practicing medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico, followed by her medical degree from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico. She completed her residency at Universidad Central del Caribe. Drawn to medicine because it reflects her core values of compassion, fairness, and trust, Dr. Ongay is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her patients. She believes healthcare should start with listening. By showing empathy, treating with respect, and providing evidence-based care, she empowers patients to take charge of their health and make informed choices. She focuses on prevention, education, and individualized care—assessing each patient’s unique risk factors to promote lifelong wellness. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through outdoor cycling and yoga. She also loves experimenting with new recipes and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Ulises Garcia is a general practitioner specializing in primary preventative care. He attended medical school at the American University Nicaragua (UAM) and completed a transitional internship at Hospital del Maestro in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Born into a family of physicians, Dr. Garcia was drawn to medicine. Throughout his career, he has practiced in various fields of medicine, including surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, urology, and emergency medicine. He enjoys practicing old-fashioned medicine and believes that most patients' concerns can be addressed the right way by providers being good listeners first and then providing different options of treatments for the patients to select. In his free time, he enjoys car mechanics, fishing, and boating.

Jose Monlina is a physician assistant specializing in Family Medicine and Primary Care with 30 years of clinical practice. He attended the University of South Florida for his undergraduate studies and obtained his medical degree at the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. During his medical career, Jose has held several clinical and administrative positions in diverse medical areas, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, utilization review, medical education, correctional medicine, and clinical research. In his free time, he enjoys music and photography.
