Amy Hyma, PA-C, is a board-certified physician associate specializing in Family Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before completing her medical training at Nova Southeastern University. From a young age, Amy’s passion for science and health led her to pursue a career in medicine as a way to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She finds it most rewarding to watch her patients improve over time, whether it’s through medication, exercise, or small but meaningful lifestyle changes. Amy focuses on educating and empowering her patients. She wants them to truly understand their conditions and the reasons behind their treatments. She believes that simple, consistent changes in daily habits are the foundation for long-term health and well-being. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their miniature schnauzer. She also loves running, reading, and traveling.

Eillen V. Velásquez is a dedicated and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience providing patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami. Driven by a passion for patient-centered care, Eillen chose a career in nursing to build meaningful relationships and empower individuals to take control of their health. “My background as a nurse and now as a family nurse practitioner in primary care has given me firsthand experience in how meaningful those relationships can be—not just in treating illnesses, but in educating and guiding patients toward healthier lives,” she said.
