Essential Sun Safety Tips for Older Adults
Summer brings longer days, warmer temperatures, and more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Whether you're spending time with family, gardening, walking in the neighborhood, or attending community events, it's important to take steps to protect your health in the sun.

Skin Cancer in Older Adults: Types and Risks
Skin cancer in older adults refers to the abnormal growth of skin cells that often develops after years of cumulative sun exposure, natural aging changes in the skin, and a weakened immune system.
