About Me
Dr. Laura Zambrana Morales is a dedicated general medicine physician with over 20 years of experience providing patient-focused care. She attended the University of Puerto Rico and earned her medical degree from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine. She completed her internship at San Cristobal Hospital. Dr. Zambrana Morales was drawn to medicine by a deep desire to help others. Her favorite part of being a physician is listening to her patients, understanding their concerns, and helping connect them with the resources they need to improve their quality of life and alleviate difficult situations. She believes in caring for the whole person, not just treating symptoms. By establishing clear, respectful communication and building trusting relationships, Dr. Zambrana Morales works to achieve better long-term health outcomes for her patients. A strong advocate for education and prevention, she takes time to explain conditions, emphasize the importance of self-care outside the office, and focus on preventing complications rather than reacting to them after they occur. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, reading, trying new recipes, discovering new restaurants, and hiking.
