Miladys Liste Leon, APRN, is a dedicated family medicine provider with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Santa Clara, Cuba, where she practiced as a general practitioner for two decades before relocating to the United States. She transitioned into nursing, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Miami Regional University. Miladys is passionate about helping patients heal, recover, and gain confidence in managing their health through education and understanding. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, respect, and kindness. She is committed to listening attentively to each patient, assessing their individual level of understanding, and providing education that empowers them to make informed decisions. Miladys works closely with patients to set achievable goals in stages, helping them build confidence and maintain long-term wellness. In her free time, she enjoys walking on the beach, fishing with friends, and visiting local parks.
