About Me
Misty Stephens, APRN-CNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from Missouri Southern State University and her graduate degree from Maryville University. A natural caregiver at heart, Misty was drawn to medicine by her passion for helping others and educating them about healing and wellness. She finds the greatest reward in hearing her patients share that they feel better, have improved symptoms, and are enjoying a higher quality of life.
Misty believes education is one of the most important tools in patient care—especially for seniors. She takes time to explain each step of the care plan, ensuring her patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, gardening, and playing tennis.
