About Me
Dr. Fiona Masters is an internal medicine physician with more than 24 years of experience and a strong commitment to helping patients live healthier lives. She earned her education at the University of Glasgow in Scotland and the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Her path to medicine began with 12 years of nursing experience across several specialties, including geriatrics, critical care, and hematology-oncology. During this time, she realized how much she valued direct patient care and was inspired to pursue medical school. Dr. Masters believes great healthcare starts with listening and building strong relationships with patients. She takes a comprehensive approach to care, working to understand each patient's concerns, identify their health needs, and develop personalized care plans that support their well-being and reduce the risk of future complications. She wants every patient to feel heard, understood, and confident that their health concerns are being addressed. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through gym workouts, racquet sports, and yoga. She also loves visiting farmers’ markets, cooking nutritious meals, and traveling to experience different cultures.
