About Me

Hannah Cheek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her bachelor’s in nursing from Valdosta State University and her master’s from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After practicing as a registered nurse for 10 years, Hannah decided to go back to school to become a nurse practitioner to better serve the needs of her community. Throughout her career, she has mostly worked with underserved/underinsured populations. She is a firm believer that all persons are deserving of affordable and quality healthcare. Hannah is passionate about preventative care and chronic disease management and wants her patients to not simply live long but to live well. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, serving her local church, and cooking.
