Jason Farah, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare. He earned his bachelor’s from Florida Gulf Coast and his master’s from Nova Southeastern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. From a young age, Jason was drawn to science and service, inspired by witnessing the profound impact that compassionate medical care had on his own family. His approach to medicine goes beyond treating illness – he believes in building lasting relationships, earning trust, and supporting patients through every stage of their health journey. What he finds most fulfilling about practicing medicine is the opportunity to be a consistent, trusted presence in his patients’ lives—helping them navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and feel empowered in their health. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, weightlifting, and spending time outdoors.
