She earned her medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and completed her internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Yauco, Puerto Rico. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Muniz takes pride in making all patients feel heard and understood. As a physician, her greatest reward is seeing patients leave with a smile—and return with one, knowing they’ve been cared for like family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
