About Me
Miguel Guerrero Fernandez is a board-certified family medicine provider with more than eight years of experience caring for patients. He earned his medical degree at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Holguin in Cuba before moving to the United States and earning his master's in science from South University. Miguel was inspired to become a healthcare provider by his passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. He especially enjoys building trusting relationships with his patients, listening to their concerns, and helping them achieve better health and quality of life. Miguel places special importance on getting to know his senior patients as individuals. He believes that taking time to listen and understand their concerns can make a meaningful difference in their care. He also emphasizes preventive care, working with patients through education, regular screenings, and healthy lifestyle choices to identify concerns early and support better long-term health. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his three children and family. He loves traveling, exploring new places, enjoying outdoor activities, taking family walks, trying new restaurants, and relaxing on beautiful white-sand beaches.
