About Me
Dr. Okoroafor Maduagwu brings more than 30 years of experience in medicine and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. He completed his undergraduate education at Voronezh State University in Voronezh, Russia, and earned his medical degree at Sechenov’s Moscow Medical Academy in Moscow, Russia. He completed his internship at Hospital HIMA-San Pablo Fajardo. Dr. Maduagwu was inspired to become a physician by his love for humanity and the encouragement of his mother. His approach to medicine focuses on treating the whole person—not simply a diagnosis. He believes in combining evidence-based medicine with compassion, prevention, early intervention, and shared decision-making. He takes the time to listen carefully to each patient and understand their individual needs, challenges, and goals. He believes this is especially important when caring for seniors, who benefit from patience, attentive listening, and a thorough, thoughtful approach to their health. Dr. Maduagwu also recognizes that every patient is different. While preventive care and established health goals are important, he believes some patients require a more personalized approach to meet their unique needs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, participating in church activities, studying the Bible, taking daily walks, shopping, and traveling.
