Serina Adams, APRN, is a board-certified family medicine provider with over 15 years of clinical experience. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Jacksonville and her master’s degree at Purdue University Global. Serina values the opportunity to build strong, trusting patient–provider relationships and believes that truly listening is the foundation of quality care. Her care centers on patient-centered medicine, treating each patient as an individual while serving as an advocate, educator, and compassionate guide along their health journey. She combines evidence-based practice with empathy, empowering patients to make informed decisions and feel confident in their care. Committed to lifelong learning, Serina focuses on proactive, team-based strategies that go beyond annual visits. She tailors care plans to each patient’s unique risks, goals, and beliefs, emphasizing dignity, independence, cultural sensitivity, and long-term wellness. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, horseback riding, and spending quality time with her family.
