She completed her bachelor’s degree at Jacksonville and her master’s degree at Purdue University Global. Serina values the opportunity to build strong, trusting patient–provider relationships and believes that truly listening is the foundation of quality care. Her care centers on patient-centered medicine, treating each patient as an individual while serving as an advocate, educator, and compassionate guide along their health journey. She combines evidence-based practice with empathy, empowering patients to make informed decisions and feel confident in their care.
