Tatiana Hernandez, M.D.

Dr. Tatiana Hernandez Cabrera is a general medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, preventive, and patient-centered care. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico and medical school at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic. In addition, she holds a Master’s in Business Administration. As a bilingual provider, Dr. Hernandez Cabrera works to remove language and access barriers by focusing on listening, education, and advocacy. She practices whole-person, relationship-based medicine, prioritizing clear communication, shared decisions, and coordination across the care team. She takes the time to learn what matters most to her patients, involving caregivers when appropriate, and ensuring every patient leaves with a plan they truly understand and feel confident following. Preventive care is at the heart of her approach. By turning goals into small, realistic steps, she empowers her patients to take charge of their health and celebrate progress along the way. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, visiting farmers’ markets, and spending time outdoors on neighborhood trails and parks with her Goldendoodle.
