Jenna Rebeck, APRN, is a dedicated and compassionate board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings six years of bedside nursing experience to her role in primary care. A graduate of Purdue University Global, Jenna’s journey to become a nurse practitioner was driven by her passion for preventative care and her commitment to helping patients stay healthy and out of the hospital.

With a focus on patient education and empowerment, Jenna finds fulfillment in guiding her patients to make informed decisions that enhance their quality of life. Known for her warm and personal approach, she is excited to make a difference in her patients’ lives by promoting health and wellness every step of the way.
