Sonia Benitez Cedeno, APRN

Sonia Benitez Cedo is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in adult-gerontology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA. She also completed her residency at Celia Sanchez Hospital in Cuba. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Sonia pursued a career in medicine with the goal of making a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives. As a provider, she actively listens, shows patience, compassion, and respect, and focuses on prevention to help patients maintain and improve their quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, gardening, and exploring new places.
