Discuss with your doctor the healthy activities you should complete at the clinic and at home.
Each completed healthy activity is worth a reward punch. After completing an activity at home, stop by the clinic to say hi and get your card punched.
You have the ability to earn an unlimited amount of punches per calendar year.
Rewards come in the form of gift cards, home medical equipment, and healthy lifestyle accessories. All punches must be redeemed by the end of the year.
Reward card punches are tracked annually beginning on your enrollment date.
Show your VIPcare Better Health Club card when you check in for each appointment or after you participate in a Better Health Club activity at home.

As you complete healthy activities and preventative care services, you advance towards Olympian status… earning more rewards along the way.
