Our clinic is conveniently located at 3602 Matlock Road, Ste 206, Arlington, TX 76015, at the intersection of Matlock Road and Waverly Drive. The building plaza is across the street from the City of Light International Ministries. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
