Born in Puerto Rico, Dr. Aileen Velez’s path to medicine began while pursuing her undergraduate degree in biology. She attended medical school at the Universidad Autónoma De Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a provider, Dr. Velez is dedicated to contributing to patient holistic care, education, and the prevention of diseases. She has been recognized for her outstanding service during some of the most challenging times, including being a committed first responder during Hurricane Maria and the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Velez is passionate about supporting causes that strive to prevent diseases and protect our environment.
