​​Leah Casarez, CRNP

Leah Casarez is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She graduated with honors with her Master of Nursing degree from Samford University. During her schooling, she received the Undergraduate Cardiac and Maternal Award in addition to the Stewardship Award.

Two years after graduating, Leah opened her own rural health clinic to provide care for those who needed it the most. She ran her practice for 11 years until deciding to move back home to Mobile, AL. 

Leah is excited to be back in her hometown and ready to serve her community with compassionate, dedicated, and personal care. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being a softball mom, traveling, and going out on the boat.
