Leslie Weaver, FNP- C

Leslie Weaver is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. She attended Chamberlain University for her bachelor’s and earned her master’s from Kennesaw State University. 

Leslie has worked in various medical settings during her extensive career as a nurse, including acute and outpatient settings and in patient homes. These experiences helped give her the confidence to further her education and become a nurse practitioner.

Those experiences also drove her to start her own practice named Ready Clinic, where she built a team of healthcare professionals that truly loved making a difference in the lives of those they care for. 

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her five grandchildren.
