Mojito Fruit Salad (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries,

1 cup watermelon, cubed

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

 

Directions

 

  1. Prepare the Fruit:

– Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them.

– Wash the blueberries.

– Cut the watermelon and pineapple into bite-sized cubes.

 

  1. Make the Dressing:

– In a small bowl, combine the lime juice and honey or agave syrup. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.

 

  1. Assemble the Salad:

– In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and watermelon.

– Drizzle the lime-honey dressing over the fruit.
