Looking for a healthy, guilt-free dessert to make this holiday season? Our very own Dr. Katie McClelland has got you covered. Her keto-friendly chocolate mousse recipe only takes 5 minutes to prepare and is a treat you can eat without the guilt.

This little sweet treat is packed full of nutrients. The avocados provide a nice protein punch, along with a dose of healthy fats. And, thanks to its abundance of antioxidants, the chocolate and cacao powder offers a host of medicinal benefits as well, including helping to decrease inflammation, lower blood pressure, improve blood flow, and lower blood sugar and insulin.

Probably one of the best things about this keto-friendly chocolate mousse recipe, it’s diabetic-friendly. Because it uses either Stevia or monk fruit, your blood sugar is safe.

So, take 5 minutes to prepare and then savor the deliciousness without the guilt.
