This may sound like a simple habit, but it’s a very important one. And we’re not just talking about after using the restroom. If the past couple of years has taught us anything, it’s the importance of washing our hands. We pick up germs everywhere. There is no way around it. The only way we can protect ourselves is by being diligent with our handwashing. Infections can live on surfaces for as long as 24 hours. Stay Hydrated

Proper hydration helps to keep our body moving. It’s essential for almost all bodily functions, including pumping blood to our heart, aiding in digestion, and helping to control body temperature. Sip on water and other beverages throughout the day to ensure you get at least eight to nine glasses of liquid a day. It may seem like a challenge at first if you’re not used to drinking a lot of water during the day. You’re probably be running to the bathroom A LOT. But as you continue to stay properly hydrated, your body will develop the habit and become used to the extra fluid.
